The usage for column compression load cells, S-type load cells and Shear Beam Load Pins is for weighing scales. Their function is based on resistance sensor. Sensor output is analog. Our load & weight sensors offer easy installation and have capacities in the tens of tons. Stainless steel material, welded sealing, oil-proof, water-proof structure makes them fit for tough environments. The column compression load cells, S-type load cells and shear beam load pins have outstanding specifications including low combined error, low non-linearity, low hysteresis, high repeatability, low creep, low zero unbalance and reasonably low excitation voltages. Operating temperature ranges of our load & weight sensors are generally between -35~+80°C, compensated temperature ranges generally vary between -10~+55°C. Protection is IP66 or IP67. Electrical interface is generally 4-core shielded cable.
